Accomplishments and results
Mr Rui Morais, the Headmaster of St Peter’s College, is delighted with this year’s Grade 12 results and sends his congratulations to all students across the country who passed their Final Examinations. Mr Morais extends his heartfelt thanks to all the teachers of St Peter’s College who have given tirelessly of themselves to ensure the academic success of the College students. Our teachers do not only teach our students but also direct them ‘bravely into the future’. Attaining 100% pass rate with 97% university entrance is testament to our academic excellence.

These candidates are awarded the National Senior Certificate and have met the minimum requirements for admission to study for a bachelor's degree, diploma or higher certificate at a higher education institution in South Africa.

Higher credit pass
These candidates are awarded the National Senior Certificate and have met the minimum requirements for admission to study for a higher certificate at a higher education institution in South Africa.
Senior Certificate pass
These candidates are awarded the National Senior Certificate.
Some highlights from 2018:
Luke Hewson, the Dux Scholar of 2018, attained a full house of distinctions in the Preliminary Examinations, as well as being the highest achieving academic candidate throughout his Grade 12 year. It is this young man who, at Grade 12 Prize Giving was re-awarded academic honours this year and was the recipient of six academic trophies as well as three subject prizes. Based on these phenomenal results to date, Luke without a doubt has shown the greatest promise for outstanding Final Examination Results.
We are proud to announce, as expected, he continued with his renowned academic success in the Final Examinations by attaining an outstanding nine distinctions. His subjects for the National Senior Certificate Final Examinations were English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, Accounting, Physical Science, Information Technology. Life Orientation, Business Studies and Advance Programme Mathematics. Luke was placed in the in the Outstanding Achievement list for having six or more of his subjects in the top 5% and achieving a rating of level 7 in Life Orientation.
Matthew Wille attained 8 distinctions in the Preliminary Examinations and is one of the highest achieving academic candidates in his grade and an individual who has accomplished impressive results throughout his high school career. In 2018 he was re-awarded academic honours, thus adding another academic award to his white blazer, the highest accolade at the College.
As expected, he continued with his renowned academic success in the Final Examinations by attaining an outstanding 8 distinctions in the National Senior Certificate Final Examinations.
His subjects: English, Afrikaans, Accounting, Life Orientation, Business Studies, Mathematics, Physical Science, Information Technology and Advanced Programme Mathematics.
