SUNDRY CHARGES

1.             Registration Fee R490.00 (to be paid when application form is submitted)
2.             Hot Lunch charge makes provision for morning and afternoon teas and a main meal at Lunch time.
3.             Debit Order facilities are available.  Please contact Jenny Van Wyk/Maureen Eyres in the Accounts office.   Interest will be charged on the outstanding balance.
4.             Credit Card payment facility is available through the Internet.  A 2% charge will be raised for the use of this facility.
5.             15% discount on annual tuition fee will be given to third sibling.
6.             Please note that interest will be charged on overdue accounts at Prime + 2% for those who sign a debit order and at Prime + 4% for all other overdue accounts.

PLEASE NOTE

1.            A full term’s notice in writing, or fees in lieu thereof, is required for the discontinuance of ANY facility offered by the school.               
               A deposit equivalent to one term’s fees, 50% of which is refundable on departure, is required to secure the place offered.
2.            Tuition, Lunch, Development Levy and P.A Levy are charged and payable on the first day of each term.

Payment of Fees

In the interests of the safety of girls and staff, we prefer not to keep sums of cash on the premises and would very much appreciate our cash-paying parents to deposit the amount due into our bank account at:

In order for us to credit your account as soon as possible, kindly fax a copy of the deposit slip to the accounts department:

We also request that company cheques indicate the name of the pupil to be credited, thereby avoiding long delays in processing your payment.

Owing to the unreliable postal service, all accounts are sent via email.

If you choose to pay monthly, debit order facilities are available: please contact the accounts office.

A credit card facility is available through our website.A service charge will be raised for the use of this facility.

Discount is offered to those who pay the year’s fees within two weeks of the start of the 1st term and an additional discount is offered if fees are paid before the 24th December of the previous year. The discount rate is determined annually and communicated to parents in the fees schedule.
