St Peter's is an Anglican school focused on academic achievement within an environment that balances high academic standards with sport, music, culture and the development of each child as an individual.

While Christian values are woven into all aspects of life, an understanding of other religions is fostered. Although pupils from all religious denominations are accepted into the school, a clearly defined Christian value system of respect for each individual, courtesy and sportsmanship is promoted in all aspects of our holistic education programme. Girls are encouraged to be respectful, open and honest in their communiucation with their peers and adults.

A strong focus on pastoral care exists at the school giving each girl an opportunity to feel cared for within a secure environment.
