Ethos
St Peter’s is an Anglican school focused on academic achievement within an environment that balances high academic standards with sport, music, culture and the development of each child as an individual.
While Christian values are woven into all aspects of life, an understanding of other religions is fostered. A clearly defined Christian value system of respect for each individual, courtesy and sportsmanship is promoted in all aspects of our educational programme. Boys are encouraged to be respectful, open and honest in their communication with both peers and adults.
A very strong focus on pastoral care exists at the school, giving each boy an opportunity to feel cared for within a secure environment.
